Ariana loves these little pies. (Apparently she enjoys the tomato sauce
just as much!)
Leftover cooked mince
Four slices of bread, lightly buttered
Place the bread, butter side up, on a board. Use a pastry cutter to cut circles in the
bread. Place the circles butter side down into a patty tray. Spoon some mince into each
circle of bread. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Then cook for 20 mins in a moderate
oven or until they are heated through. Let them cool a little before you eat them.
You might like to give them a
squirt of sauce too.
