Ariana loves these little pies. (Apparently she enjoys the tomato sauce just as much!)


Leftover cooked mince
Four slices of bread, lightly buttered
Grated cheese


Place the bread, butter side up, on a board. Use a pastry cutter to cut circles in the bread. Place the circles butter side down into a patty tray. Spoon some mince into each circle of bread. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Then cook for 20 mins in a moderate oven or until they are heated through. Let them cool a little before you eat them.


You might like to give them a squirt of sauce too.
