This is from Christopher Brake (age 8)

1 cup flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 1/4 cup cold water

Sift the dry ingredients. Add the milk, melted butter and vanilla. Pour the mixture into a pie dish.

Mix brown & white sugar & cocoa together. Sprinkle on top of pudding, then pour on cold water. Bake 40 mins at 170'C (325'F) with the lid off.

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
