Even "big kids" like these crunchy snacks and they are a great alternative to crisps.

6 slices of bread
a little olive oil
seasonings to experiment with:
Onion soup mix, garlic salt, pre mixed seasonings, vegemite, Parmesan cheese, herb salt, dried basil, dried parsley (etc)

Lay the slices of bread on a baking tray. Paint a little olive oil on to each slice with a pastry brush. Then sprinkle on your choice of topping – each of these seasonings has lots of flavour so you will only need a little bit. Get an adult to cut the slices into fingers, then cook them at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

You could cut the bread into triangles or make shapes using pastry cutters. They keep very well in an airtight container (If popular, they can be used to jazz up a meal too, everything helps!)
