Travis helps his grandmother make these simple “Sugar Buns”

Ingredients:
8 ounces (220grams) of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
12 ounces (340grams) of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Extra sugar

Instructions:
Cream the butter and sugar together.  Mix in the flour and baking powder.  Roll the mixture into small balls then roll the balls in the extra sugar.  Flatten the balls as you place them on a baking tray.  Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Notes:
Allow these buns to cool before you eat them and store them in an airtight container.
