This is
Siobhan Lenehan’s favorite recipe!
- Ingredients:
- 4oz
butter
- 4oz
sugar
- 1tbs
cocoa
- 1
egg
- 1
packet of crushed biscuits
Instructions:
Melt the butter sugar and cocoa in a pot and then
beat them
together. Remove
the pot from the heat and allow
the mixture to cool.
Add the egg and then
beat the mixture again.
Mix in the biscuit crumbs then press the mixture into a
greased sponge roll tin. Ice
with your favourite icing (maybe chocolate) then refrigerate the
fudge cake until it’s set.
Cut
the
slice into squares and enjoy it is a treat.
