These
are Julia's favourite and she hopes you like them!
- Ingredients:
1 piece of asparagus or
luncheon
1 piece of white or brown bread
butter (to
spread on the bread)
1 tooth pick
Instructions:
Cut
the crusts off the bread
then spread the butter
on bread. Put the piece of asparagus
diagonally across the bread or if
you’re using luncheon put it on as you
would normally. Fold the bread diagonally so the bread makes a
triangle shape.
Put the toothpick in on an angle where
the two corners meet. Don't put the
toothpick straight through or it
will come undone.
You
could make a few of these for lunch or have one or two as an afternoon
snack.
