loves this hot chocolate sauce with cold ice cream!
- Ingredients:
3 oz of chocolate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 and a half cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Instructions:
Gently melt the
chocolate in a double boiler and then add the butter, stirring all
the time. When the chocolate and butter are thoroughly blended,
slowly stir in the boiling water then add the sugar. Allow
the mixture to boil for ten minutes and no more.
Cool the sauce slightly and add the vanilla essence.
Serve
hot with ice cream. Yum!
