|Adam loves pasta so much that he's happy to eat it
plain, without sauce but this is one of his favourite pasta sauces
- 1 tablespoon of oil
1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 2 rashers of bacon, chopped
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 a teaspoon of chicken stock powder
- 1/4 of a cup of chopped sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- parsley, chopped
250 grams of pasta noodles, cooked as per the packet
cold cooked chicken, chopped into bite sized pieces
and garlic in a medium sized pot until the onion is soft.
Add the bacon and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the
evaporated milk and chicken stock. Cook on a medium heat for 5
minutes then stir in the tomatoes, cheese and parsley. Cook
the mixture for another few minutes then add the chicken and
cheese and cook the mixture until the chicken is heated through.
on the cooked pasta with your favourite vegetables or a
salad. Adam dips his broccoli florets into the sauce.
