Emma loves this chocolate fudge!
- Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp cocoa
Instructions:
Boil all the
ingredients together on a low heat. Only stir the mixture
occasionally. Boil for about 8 minutes then beat the mixture well,
until it's thick. Pour the mixture into a shallow buttered
dish and let it cool.
Notes:
As the fudge cools it's a good idea to mark it into
squares. Once it's cool it's easy to cut along those
lines.
This
mixture gets very hot. Please be careful when you're making
it.
