- Jack loves this icing and he puts it on just about anything
his mum will let him :o)

- Ingredients:
250g
of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1
egg white
- a
drop of food colouring
- 1
teaspoon of vanilla essence
Instructions:
Beat
all the ingredients together until it's smooth and peaks will
stand up in the icing when a knife is withdrawn from the
mixture.
Spread
the icing over your favourite cake or biscuits and
then cover with a damp cloth to prevent the icing from drying out.
Notes:
You could even use this icing to make plain shop bought biscuits
into a special treat. You might like to sprinkle hundreds
and thousands or chocolate hail onto the icing before it sets.
