- Jack loves these baby meatballs and he loves to help roll
the mixture into balls, ready to cook.

- Ingredients:
Sauce
Mixture:
You can use any of the premixed tomato based pasta sauces, or
a can of baked beans or make up this recipe.

onion sliced
- 1
tablespoon of oil
- 1-3
cloves of garlic
- 2
tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1
tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Mince
Mixture:
- 250g
mince
- 1
onion
- 1 cup
of fresh breadcrumbs
- ½
teaspoon dried herbs (basil and mint)
- 1 ½
teaspoons of chicken stock
- 1
tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tsp
soya sauce
Instructions:
To make the sauce gently cook the onion and garlic in the oil
until they are soft. Add all the other sauce ingredients and
cook the mixture until it bubbles.
Mix all
the meatball ingredients together in a bowl.
Shape the mixtureinto balls and arrange them around the
edge of a microwave turntable.
Cook on high for 3 – 4 minutes.
Carefully
place the meatballs in a dish and cover them
with the sauce. Serve with your favorite vegetables.

recipe makes over 30 meatballs.
