Ingredients:
1 packet of butter cake mix
1 quantity Vienna cream
purple food colouring
3 packets of pink lifesavers

4 packets of white lifesavers
small pink musks

Instructions:
Make the cake according to the directions on packet. Divide the mixture evenly between two greased 25cm x 8cm (10in x 3in) bar tins and bake in a moderate oven 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked when tested. Turn the cakes onto wire racks to cool. Leave one cake whole and cut the other cake in two. Assemble the cake, on a prepared board to make a figure 7. Tint the Vienna cream with a few drops of food colouring, then cover the top and sides of the entire cake with the purple Vienna cream. Then you decorate the 7 with halved lifesavers and small musks.
