Violeta and her sister
love helping their mum to make these for their school lunchboxes!
- Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
1 cup coconut
1 cup sultanas
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
125g butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup
4 weetbix, crumbled
1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
Combine the first five
ingredients in a large bowl. Melt the butter and golden syrup
together and add them to the dry ingredients. Add the egg and mix
in crumbled weetbix. Press the mixture into a sponge tin, lined
with non-stick baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30
Minutes.
