This is
Joshua Walkers fav recipe!
- Ingredients:
A large saucepan
- A whisk
- Cling-film (or Glad-wrap)
- 25 grams of butter
- 25 grams of castor sugar (Note: It has to
be castor sugar not normal
- sugar)
- 25 grams of golden syrup
- 600 mls of fat-free milk
75
mls of natural yoghurt
Instructions:
In a saucepan, over a low heat, melt together the butter, sugar
and golden syrup, stirring it all the time until the sugar has
dissolved (about 10 minutes). Add a little bit of milk to the pan,
and then pour the mixture into a jug.
Whisk in a little more milk, (approx 50ml) followed by all the
yoghurt.
Then whisk in the remaining milk. Cover with the cling film (or
Glad wrap) and chill in the fridge before serving!
