When Chelsea Armitage sent this recipe in she had just
made these the night before and she said they were Yummy!
- Ingredients:
250g (8 oz) of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup
caster (superfine) sugar
- 1
teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 2/3
cup of plain (all-purpose) flour
1/3 cup of cocoa
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to
180 degrees Celsius. Put the butter in a saucepan over low heat
and gently melt. Put the eggs sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl
and mix them together well. Sift the flour and cocoa into the
sugar mixture then add the melted butter and mix well. Pour the
mixture into the muffin tins and bake for fifteen minutes or until
the muffins are cooked in the middle
This mixture makes 12 muffins.
