- Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup flour
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
125 g butter
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
100g
(or more, if you like) chocolate chips
Instructions:
Sift the flour, soda and salt together.
Cream the butter and sugars.
Add the egg and vanilla to the creamed butter and sugars
and beat it all well. Stir
in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
Place teaspoonfuls or tablespoonfuls onto a baking tray
(that has baking paper on it).
Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15
minutes.
Let them cool before you eat them.
