This is Stephanie Hs Double Delicious Polka-dot Square

Base:
125g butter
1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups of flour
1/2 tsp vanilla 

Filling:
100g butter
1 tin condensed milk
2 Tbsps golden syrup

1 packet Nestle chocolate peanuts

Base Instructions: 
Cream softened butter & sugar together until light & fluffy
Mix in vanilla, & then flour. Press into a greased sponge roll tin.

Filling Instructions: 
Place all ingredients in a glass bowl. Microwave until melted. Stir well, then spread over the base. Sprinkle chocolate peanuts over the top.

Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes
