225 g of butter
150 g of icing sugar
350 g flour
2 heaped tsp of cornflour
2 small tsp vanilla
Have someone beat the butter and sugar together. Then add the vanilla and all the dry
ingredients. Mix it all together then knead it well with your hands. Have someone roll the
shortbread out flat then use pastry cutters to cut the shortbread into shapes. Place the
shapes on a baking tray and cook slowly for about half an hour at 150 degrees Celsius.
When cool you can decorate these with icing or just enjoy them as they are!
