these with dad and they are her favourite treat. Ingredients
*The help of an adult
4 oz
(120 grams) butter
1 – 2 dessertspoons of honey
4 oz (120 grams) sugar
5 – 6 cups of rice bubbles
Method
Melt
the butter, sugar and honey in a pot and then boil the mixture for
5 minutes. Pour in
the rice bubbles and stir the mixture well.
Pour the mixture into a sponge roll tin.
Leave the mixture to set then cut it into squares.
Notes
The honey mixture in this recipe gets extremely hot! Please be very careful
when you make this.
