Ingredients
Clear plastic cups
1 packet of super wines
2 packets lemonade jelly  
Spratz  (mini choc fish)
(extra gum lollies if you want them like wine gums or crocodiles)

Method
Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor until they are very fine crumbs. Put 1 - 2cm of crumbs in the bottom of each cup.  Make up the jelly to directions on the packet. When the jelly is partly set fill up each cup to the 3/4 mark then add the choc fish.  Leave the jelly to set completely.  Use a teaspoon to get eat your Pirate Snack.

Notes
If you add gum lollies such as crocodiles or do so just before eating or these will go mushy and taste disgusting!
