This is one of Riz's favourite dishes!

250g puffed rice
100g potatoes
4-5 curry leaves
1 lemon
1 table spoon cooking oil
Mustard seeds
tea spoon turmeric powder

Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to taste

Wash the puffed rice in water and drain the water completely. Heat the oil and put in themustard seeds. When it starts spluttering add potatoes and curry leaves. When the potatoes get light brown add puffed rice, turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Mix it and cover it and allow to cook for 5 minute on a low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.

This might be quite spicy for some kids so maybe try it on the "big kids" in your family first.
