Memory loves
this chocolate cake!
- Ingredients:
2 and a half cups of flour
1 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 and a half of soda
- half of cup of cocoa
- 2 dessert spoons of vinegar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of water
- 125g butter

Instructions:
Melt the butter in a pot. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder
and cocoa in a bowl then mix them together. When the butter
has melted remove from it from the heat then add the milk, vinegar
eggs and the soda dissolved in water.
Stir it then add it to the dry mixture, stirring it well.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake 180 -190 degrees
Celcius until it is cooked. Use a long thin knife to test the
cake. Put the knife through the cake if it comes out clean the
cake is cooked.
Let the cake cool and then ice with yellow icing.
Yellow Icing
125g butter
half tin Condensed milk
coconut
Melt
the butter in a pot. Remove it from the heat and add the condensed
milk, and enough cocoanut until thick.
