- Ingredients:
250 g dark chocolate
- 25 g kremelta
- 25 marshmallows
- 1/2
a cup of blanched peanuts
- 1/2 a cup of coconut
Instructions:
Line a shallow 20 cm square baking tin
or dish with tin foil. Break the chocolate
into pieces. Cut the Kremelta
into small pieces. Mix together
in a microwave-proof bowl then cook
on 50% power
for a minute. Stir well. Cook
on 50% power for 30 seconds
and stir again. Repeat this step until the
mixture is smooth then set
the chocolate aside to cool for 5
minutes.
Combine
the marshmallows,
peanuts and coconut a bowl. Pour
the cooled chocolate over the
marshmallow mixture and mix
it all together well.
Spread the mixture roughly
over they bottom of the baking
tin and leave it to
set. Cut the Rocky Road into
small squares and store it
in a covered container in the
refrigerator
Notes:
This is a very sweet treat so you only need a square every now and
then :o)
