- Kirsten really enjoys this yummy omelette!

- Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
- Salt and Pepper
- Diced onion (optional)
- Diced ham (optional)
- Grated cheese
Any
other things you would like in an omelette, like tomato, green
pepper, parsley.
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a frying pan that has a metal or heat resistant
handle and pour the egg mixture into the centre so everything
spreads out evenly. Once you can see that it is cooked around the
sides, sprinkle a bit of cheese on the top and grill in the oven
until golden brown.
Get an adult to help you with this, especially getting the frying
pan out of the oven because the handle can get very hot.
Slide the omelette out of the pan onto a plate and let it cool a
little - then enjoy!
